About the role
We are looking for a Requirements Analyst with a strong process focus and an analytical ability to understand and map our customers' business processes before we design technical solutions. You will work closely with our customers and internal teams to ensure that our system solutions support and optimize workflows.
Duties:
Analyse and understand business processes in the healthcare sector
Document and visualise workflows
Acting as a bridge between the customer's needs and the technical development
Create clear requirement specifications
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and operations teams to implement solutions
Participate in client dialogues and help identify areas for improvement
Writing clear acceptance criterias and overseeing user acceptance testing to verify that the final built software aligns with initial business goals
Who are you?
To thrive in the role, we believe that you:
Have previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar
Are used to analysing and improving business processes without directly implementing technical systems
Have experience from the healthcare sector
Have a university degree
Have an understanding of software development
Have a strong analytical ability and dare to challenge the customer's preconceived solutions
Have experience of working with requirements management and process mapping
Understand the importance of combining system support with process changes to create effective solutions
Fluent in Swedish and English, German would be a plus
