About the position

We need an experienced Frontend & UX lead who can lead the way forward in bringing our product to the next level. We have a great product (Webdoc SE) with many happy customers (800), a great support organization (free support for all customers), a great product management team (lots of hands on experience and domain knowledge) and a great development department (six teams including infrastructure). The user interface has evolved over a number of years and parts of it need to be modernized and the user experience needs to be improved, your work will be to map out how to do this and to be part of the implementation. Our product help care givers in the private sector work efficiently with their administration and we integrate with many actors such as Inera, E-hälsomyndigheten as well as private actors, if you have experience with this that is very valuable to us.

• We expect the Frontend & UX lead to be skilled enough in React to perform code reviews and set up coding standards, component libraries and best practices.
• We expect the Frontend & UX lead to support the organization in choosing tools and discussing solutions with our customers.
• We expect the Frontend & UX lead to lead tech lead forums and competence development forums for our frontend developers.
• We expect the Frontend & UX lead to lead the way and provide a UX vision for the solution and work together with architects on the frontend technical vision.

We spend 2-5 days a week at the office depending on what's needed.
